My car is going to be packed with cats in their cat crates tomorrow. I don't know how this happened, but I ended up with a rescue that started with 2 or 3 cats that has blossomed into a rescue where I had to ask for help because I couldn't fit all the crates in my car! It's an exciting day tomorrow!
Here are some of the cats that are spending their last night in a cage at the shelter on death row:
Peaches & Gizmo are senior cats that were abandoned. They have a home waiting for them tonight!
I'm glad I'm posting these pictures tonight! It's exciting for me to know that tomorrow something GOOD is going to happen to them.
There's hope.
There's a future.
I'm a happy girl.
Care to wager on who poops in their crate tomorrow?

Wow, 17! I'm so happy someone is taking Barbie too!
You are seriously some kind of cat angel. You should treat yourself to a glass of wine tomorrow on behalf of "Kringles" :)
I bet Dylan poops.
Those ginger kitties are devils!
I am so happy that Kringles is being rescued! This sweet girl has been on my mind ever since I left the shelter on Saturday
Kringles and Mackenzie, I reckon.
I'm a new reader having just discovered your blog off the TCR newsletter.
Your post gave me goosebumps this morning as I read it.
Its a good day for cat rescue.
One of my neighbors takes care of feral colonies and has two new babies (ok probably 8-10 weeks old) at his house this morning that he was able to rescue. Their mom wouldn't come and the best he can do is set a humane trap and take her in for a spay but the two little guys will eventually find a new home.
Thank you for all that you do.
I also meant to tell you that your underestimating the number of souls your saving.
Because you've got two pregnant moms there and your saving their unborn children too.
Yay...I have been thinking of Dylan and beautful Reanna and feeling so guilty since we left the shelter on Tues. I am sooooooo freakin happy to see their precious faces on your blog! Yay for you and the amazing families that are welcoming them into your their homes.
Thanks so much Beth loving these cats so much:)
God bless the family that is taking the 3 senior cats. My heart always breaks when I see them at shelters because I know they're battling against "the cuteness of kittens" for forever homes... and often losing :(
Bless you for the wonderful work you are doing, I am so encouraged when I see there ARE people out there who really care about these animals! I'm excited to be adopting another shelter cat this weekend :)
Wow, Beth, 17??? That is AWESOME!!! And, big BIG hugs and thanks to the people taking in the seniors and moms. Those are always the ones I feel for the most.
Also, in other news, I have been bitten by a rescue bug as of late, and will be accepting cat # 7 into my home next week. It's a little kitten (looks like Siamese mix) and he was horribly sick when he came in to foster care. He's all better now, but not quite ready to leave mom - another week. My husband's going to kill me.
Reanna could pass as Dharma's twin...It is a wonderful day. My heart is going out to the picture of Randy. I hope someone rescues him!!
